19th century painting of Daoist immortals, recently remounted. This line drawing of various Daoist immortals was intended to be a guide over which tracings might be made for other paintings. It is a marvelous hand that has done the drawing, and the creation of these images is according to the standard formula of the iconography of each of the immortals.
